“Community Archive Infrastructures: The Lavender Library Oral History Project.”
This oral history project aims to build an infrastructure for a sustainable, accessible community archive of queer and trans personal histories and testimony beginning with the recorded testimony of longtime local volunteers at Sacramento’s Lavender Library, Archive, and Cultural Exchange (LLACE). In the longer term, the archive will become a repository of queer and trans oral histories from across the Sacramento region.
